REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Please remember to make sure your new product is exactly what you want and you are certain you love them and will be keeping them. All products/items are custom made, unworn and in their original state.
We DON’T accept refunds after delivery of the product.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.
All items purchased through Jonathan Thedford Atelier may not be returned and do not qualify for refunds after purchase, as custom services are a 1-to-1 planning procedure, and inquire cost to produce through each step when personalizing to your fit.
Service Cancellation Policy
Since our services are largely time and planning, we do our best to provide you with a complete product. Partners may cancel Agreement by giving written notice to Jonathan Thedford. Any and all cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your product, and no monetary value based on services provided will be refunded.
All cancellations to this contract requires written notification either by mail or email. Please email all cancellations to [email protected].
Products and/or Service cancelled WITH or WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
